P&T Care Solutions was born out of a genuine drive and desire to support the most vulnerable young people in the community to find their rightful place in society. We understand and believe that the work we undertake now can have a profound and enhancing effect on young person’s future, their safety, and their fulfillment in living and participating in the community. We will achieve this through the quality of the relationship, professionalism of our work, and continuing quality assurance reflective practices backed by a team of professionals and partnership with local authorities. We provide services to those living in the community with no family or support networks, who may be living in the community alone for the first time, and who may be at significant risk. We also use a person-centered approach to meet the needs of our young people.
